- Prenatal/Postnatal will support you through the journey of pregnancy and birth.
- Big Person/Little Person Yoga allows you to bring your toddler (ages 1-4 to keep the class manageable) to class to play with other little ones, while the big person gets to stretch and strengthen! Please bring 2-3 toys to share.
Community Acupuncture
Community Acupuncture takes place in a group setting, where patients lay in comfortable recliner chairs and receive acupuncture on their arms and legs. It’s an affordable way to address your healthcare needs ($20-40 — you decide what fits in your budget) while getting the chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Feel free to come in with a friend or family member and get treated at the same time!
