Exhale to Inhale (ETI) is a non-profit organization that uses the healing practice of trauma- informed yoga to empower survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The ETI approach is based in choice-making, safety, and simplicity.
Beginning on Sunday, July 7 through August 25 (skips Aug 18), Third Root will be hosting weekly ETI trauma-informed yoga classes led by Megan Prasad. These classes will create space for trauma survivors to reconnect to their bodies and their ability to make choices for themselves.
Everyone is welcome and anyone can benefit.
Classes are offered on a sliding scale, $5-25. Contributions will go towards supporting Exhale to Inhale programming & Third Root.
