Family yoga is a great way to grow as a family and as a community. Through this class, I hope that children will create wellness memories that they will remember as they blossom into beautiful healthy adults.
Family Yoga is a fun way to bond with your child. The class might be tailored for kids, but everything we do invites the adults to play along and learn, too. We begin with a community song to acknowledge everyone in the room. We then sing a few songs that connect us to our bodies and our breath. We may play a game or do a yoga activity. The yoga poses are always woven into the songs and games as they are a great way for everyone to build strength, flexibility, focus and regulation. Lastly, we cool down and acknowledge the moment we have shared together.
$18 or 1 class from Class Card, siblings are 1/2 off! No additional charge for multiple caregivers.
