Move, breathe, listen and vibe as daylight peaks on the 2019 Summer Solstice. This Friday evening event will include the ritual repetition of surya namaskar, or sun salutations, to honor the sun as a primary source of light, warmth, growth, & healing. Experimental sound carries us through this vigorous practice, and will lull us into a deep rest for an extended savanasa with assistive touch and scent. This is an open level practice.
