This workshop focuses on practicing the methods that disrupt oppressive narratives thru radical self care. Participants will learn a syncretic and holistic method for caring for their personal journey without losing their personal connection to self, to others, and to the world. Participants will learn STS thru somatic movement, release work, chi kung, and sound. Participants will create new narratives for their personal journey.
Participants will each receive a tool kit to continue the work and build their personal internal repertoire to thrive and grow personally and professionally.
