We accept out of network insurance for acupuncture! Please fill out this form to check your insurance eligibility. We verify benefits within 2 to 3 business days and then contact you. We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or GHI/Emblem (Department of Education) insurance plans.
Have medicaid? You may be eligible for low to no-fee services from our Collective Care Fund, (prioritizing BIPOC, trans, immigrant, and formerly incarcerated individuals). Apply here.
Once your insurance is verified, you will not be charged when you book your appointment, but we keep a credit card on file in case of last minute cancellations. You’ll be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for a 60-min appointment, $60 for 90-min, and $25 for Community Acupuncture, for non-COVID related cancellations.
Be aware that you will be responsible for any remaining charges that are not covered by your insurance coverage. We will verify your benefits to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee full coverage of services.
