Third Root’s yoga classes incorporate asana/ poses & mindful movement that guide students toward liberation and honor the indigenous lineages of the practice. Whether restorative, chair-based, alignment-focused, or vigorous and flowing, our classes are designed to meet everyone where they are.
We know there are many economic, racial, and cultural barriers for different groups of people in accessing yoga – all of our teachers center inclusivity & access and are conscious of the many identities, abilities, needs & experiences students bring to the mat. We prioritize noncompetitive, community centered instruction to include space for everyone who attends.
