Kiki (she / her / they them) grew up in sunny southern California, but has lovingly called Brooklyn home since 2011. She is a body-oriented person in all facets of her life- a dancer, yogi, figure model, tree-climber, hiker, and meditator. She received a BFA in dance from The Ohio State University, and has been able to work professionally with several choreographers, both in college and in NY. While yoga has been infused through Kiki’s dance life, her post-graduation move to New York began her intentional yoga practice. She then started her yoga teaching journey after receiving a 200-RYT from Greenhouse Holistic in December 2014. One year later, Kiki completed a training with Bent On Learning, and has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to both students and faculty in NYC Public Schools since. It is Kiki’s greatest joy to hold space for people to find freedom through the breath and the body, and to ultimately expand past the edges of the vessels we currently reside.
