Amy Lee (she/her) teaches classes focused on breath and alignment, with the goal of helping students move through the world with deeper healing and love. Classes can be slow and meditative, but she also includes flow and various yogic methods she is always practicing and weaving into class. Amy is a certified RYT-200 instructor and completed her training in 2019 with Abhaya Yoga in Brooklyn. Beyond her spiritual approach to healing through the body, she is informed by her experiences in other movement disciplines both eastern and western, crossing language and cultural traditions, in queerness and identity, and as a musician and artist. Her classes are designed for students to experience their whole selves. Amy also offers instruction bilingually in Mandarin.
