Spring can be perceived as a time for newness, shedding and reconnection. However, this spring may come about differently with the added pressure of returning to some kind of “normalcy”. Through meditation, journaling, and reflections on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tai (she/her) and Holly (they/them) will offer a space to ponder how we can stay grounded in our bodies as the natural world comes back into bloom amidst the complex shifts of this pandemic.
