(They / them pronouns) Greetings Community, I am a native of Trinidad and migrated to the US at age 10. I possess a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bloomfield College where I also participated on a scholarship in NCAA Division 2 Basketball. I graduated from Swedish Institute NYC, with an Associates of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy. My purpose for practicing massage is to promote the body’s natural flow of energy. I decided to become a massage therapist to start a journey of facilitated healing, through the various Western and Eastern techniques of bodywork, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, 5 Element Shiatsu, Reflexology, Gua Sha, Fire cupping, Polarity, Tui Na and Makka-Ho Stretching. I also would like to help bridge the health services gap by catering to the comfort, safety and accessibility of my LGBT QTPOC community.
