Book through my website. Practicing both virtually and in Brooklyn (in-person, vaccination required, mask required, limited availability).
Tai (they/ them) is a community wellness and meditative practitioner. They utilize meditative methods to help people’s nervous systems shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest. This shift is imperative to healing.
Tai views somatic practices as inseparable from societal activism, as we all carry in our bodies the stories of personal, familial, and systemic forces. They truly believe in this work’s ability to help guide people to a sense of peace, connection, and deep listening that may not be present in everyday life.”
I wish that healing will become more accessible to all, especially QTPOC, disabled people, immigrants. I hope that in the next century, systems will move toward a shift to encourage health and life rather than oppression and disconnection.
